How do I create an account on Lotto3?

  • Go to Register to create your account
  • Quick Registration: Choose Sign Up with Apple, Facebook or Google to create an account without having to enter a password
  • Alternatively, enter a valid email address and choose a secure password to create an account
  • Enter your name, date of birth and registered address to complete your registration. As a licensed operator, we must confirm these details against a number of different sources to prevent underage and ineligible players from joining
  • Once verified, you will be taken to the My Account page or the Play Now page to continue purchasing your ticket
  • If you have failed verification, you may be asked to provide additional documentation to confirm your identity. Please check your email or contact Customer Support for further assistance.

What ID checks do you do perform on registration?

As a licensed operator, we verify all players to ensure they are eligible to play. We have selected Yoti as our verification partner to ensure a smooth and secure process.

We ask for your name, date of birth and registered address to verify your identity. This information is checked against a number of different sources such as TransUnion and the Electoral roll to confirm your identity. Our identity checks do not affect your credit score.

I forgot my password, how can I reset it?

Your email address is your login username on Lotto3.

To reset your password, go to the Forgotten Password page and we will send you a secure link to your email address to reset your password.

Can I update my personal information after registration?

If you'd like to update any personal information, please contact our Customer Support team who will be happy to help you.

Please note, if you have changed your name or address, you may be asked to provide additional documentation to confirm your identity.

Why is my account locked or suspended?

Your account may be locked or suspended for a number of reasons such as; failed password attempts, a request from your side or, set by us pending further investigation. For a detailed explanation, please contact our Customer Support team for more information.

How can I close my account?

You can close your account at any time via the My Account section. Any outstanding tickets will be cancelled and remaining balance will be returned to your last used payment method.

Playing Lotto3 should be fun. If you are suffering from addiction, depression or no longer having fun and would like to self exclude from Lotto3, visit the Self Exclusion tool. This will prevent you from playing for a set period of time from 6 months to permanently and is unable to be reversed by yourself or Customer Support.

How much does a ticket cost?

Each entry costs £2 per line. A ticket may consist of 1 or more entries across multiple draws.

What is a Ticket? What is an Entry?

A Ticket is purchased and contains Entries, sometimes referred to as "lines". A Ticket can contain multiple Entries entered in one or more Draws.

An Entry consists of 3 numbers between 0 and 9 and 2 letters between A to Z, either chosen by the player or randomly selected by the system in a Lucky Pick.

How do I choose my numbers?

Simply pick three numbers between 0 and 9 and two letters from the alphabet. Repeated numbers and letters are allowed, 111AA is a valid entry. You can visit our How To Play guide or view the full Game Rules for more comprehensive information about the game.

How many entries/lines can I buy?

You can purchase up to £150 worth of entries per Ticket. Each entry costs £2 per line. A ticket may consist of up to 75 entries across one or multiple draws.

The Play Now page will show you the current cost of your ticket and will prevent you from adding entries if you exceed the maximum limit.

How often are the Lotto3 draws?

Lotto3 draws run hourly on the hour, every hour. Draws are automated and take place 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

When can I buy a ticket?

You can purchase tickets 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A ticket may consist of entries across multiple draws up to 4 weeks in advance. The default option allows you to enter the next draw, or you can select future draws from the Play Now page.

Each draw accepts tickets up to 1 second before the draw takes place. For a ticket to be eligible, the ticket must be received by our system before the draw process starts. You will be notified by a system message should your entry for the draw be unsuccessful and funds will remain in your balance to use for any future draw you choose.

How will I know if I won?

All results will be published on the Results page after the draw has concluded. Winners will be notified via email and/or SMS as per their chosen preference and any winnings will immediately be displayed in the player's balance.

Winners of large prizes may be contacted by Customer Support to arrange payment.

What is an Exact Order match?

Exact matches occur when the player has selected a number or letter featured in the draw, in the same position as the draw.

What is an Any Order match?

Any Order matches occur when the player has selected a number or letter featured in the draw, in any position.

What if multiple players win the jackpot?

In case of multiple £25,000 jackpot winners in the same draw, the prize pool will be capped at £100,000 and shared equally among the winners as per section 12.6(d) of our published Terms & Conditions

How will I get my prize money?

All prizes are instantly credited to your wallet balance on Lotto3. Balances under £2,000 can be withdrawn instantly to your last used payment method from the Withdrawal page.

Balances over £2,000 may require additional verification checks as per section 9.1 of our pubished Terms & Conditions page. Customer Support will work with you to ensure your winnings are paid out as quickly as possible.

Will I have to pay tax on my winnings?

There are no taxes due on lottery winnings in the UK

How do I know if the site is fair?

All ticket sales are final, and once accepted by the system cannot be changed or cancelled at this time.

Should this functionality become available in the future, we will communicate to all players via email in advance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Instant Bank Transfer, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Pay By Mobile via industry leading payment providers. All payments are processed securely and encrypted to protect your data. We never receive or store sensitive card details.

We accept withdrawals via Instant Bank Transfer and Debit Card.

How long does it take for my deposit to reach my account?

Deposits are typically instant and deposited funds will be available in your balance within seconds in most cases.

Withdrawals are also instant and should arrive in your bank account within minutes.

What is the minimum/maximum deposit amount?

The minimum deposit amount is £2 when purchasing a single entry ticket, or £5 when adding funds to your wallet. The maximum deposit is £150 to reflect our responsible gambling policy.

Mobile operators impose their own limits on Pay By Mobile. You will be able to spend a maximum of £40 per day on interactive services.

How can I withdraw my winnings?

Simply click the Withdraw button in the My Account section to withdraw your winnings.

Withdrawals under £2,000 will be automatically processed and sent to your last used payment method. Larger withdrawals may be subject to additional Anti-Money Laundering by our Customer Support team, who may contact you.

Are there any fees for deposits or withdrawals?

There are no fees to deposit or withdraw funds from your Lotto3 account.

Why was my withdrawal request declined?

Withdrawals should be seamless and are typically paid back via the method with which you deposited. However, very ocassionally, customers may be prevented from withdrawing if, for example, your details have expired or unusual activity has been spotted on your account.

We endeavour to ensure our players are able to access funds as seemlessly as possible. Should you encounter a problem, please contact our Customer Support team who will be happy to assist.

Can I set deposit limits?

At Lotto3, we are committed to responsible gambling and offer a range of tools to help you stay in control while enjoying our games.

On the Set My Limits tool within My Account, you can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to help you manage your spending. You are able to reduce your limits at any time, but increasing them will require a 24-hour cooling off period.

We have set a default deposit limit of £150 per month for all players.

All limits are subject to a rolling timeframe. Daily is the past 24 hours from now, weekly the last 7 days, and monthly the last 30 days.

How do I self-exclude from the platform?

If you feel you need a break from gaming, we offer self-exclusion options that allow you to restrict your access to our lottery games from anywhere between 6 months to permanently. You can self exclude at any time via the Self Exclusion tool within My Account.

Self Exclusions are irreversible and cannot be removed by you or the Customer Support team. At the point of Self Excluding, access to your account will be immediately revoked and any outstanding tickets will be cancelled. Any remaining balance in your Wallet will be transferred to your last used payment method.

What should I do if a game freezes or crashes?

If any Lottery Draw is interrupted due to a technical failure, or for any other reason, the draw will be deemed void and valid tickets will be transferred to the next available Draw. For more information, visit section 11.15 of our Terms & Conditions.

An entry has an equal chance of winning whichever draw it is entered into.

The website/app is not loading, what should I do?

If you are unable to load our website, check you internet connection, restart your computer, disable any browser extensions and clear your cache and cookies. Should you still have a problem, please contact Customer Support.

How can I report a bug or glitch?

If you find a bug or glitch in the system, please contact Customer Support with a screenshot of the error, along with your browser type, version and operating system.

What name will show on my bank statement?

Your statement will clearly state "Lotto3" for all transactions made on our platform. This may be accompanied by the name of our payment provider, or Blue Squid Studios Ltd to satisfy banking regulations.
