Last updated: October 23rd, 2024
Draws
- Draws occur every hour, on the hour, 365 days a year.
- There are 24 Pick3 Max draws per day, at the following times: 00:00, 01:00, 02:00, 03:00, 04:00, 05:00, 06:00, 07:00, 08:00, 09:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00, 17:00, 18:00, 19:00, 20:00, 21:00, 22:00 and 23:00.
- All Draw dates and times are scheduled in the Europe/London timezone.
- Draws are conducted using a certified and rigorously tested Random Number Generator (RNG) proven to give a fair outcome. View the RNG certificate.
- All eligible Entries received and processed by the system before the advertised draw time will be included in the draw.
- Entries have an equal chance of winning a prize whichever Draw they enter.
- Draw results will be posted as soon as technically possible on the Results page as well as within a Player's My Account section.
Tickets
- A Ticket consists of one or more Entries, sometimes referred to as "lines".
- A Ticket may include multiple Entries per draw, and may include Entries in multiple Draws.
- By default, the next available draw is pre-selected on the Play Now page.
- A Player can choose which times of day the chosen Entries on a Ticket will be entered into. This defaults to the next available draw.
- A Player can then choose which days of the week to enter. This defaults to the next available draw.
- A Player can then choose to repeat this schedule for up to 4 weeks in advance. This defaults to a single week.
- To encourage Healthy Play, the maximum cost of a Ticket is £150. This allows up to 75 entries on a single Ticket.
- Tickets, and their results, can be viewed in a Player's My Account section.
Entries
- Entries cost £2 and grant a single chance in a single draw.
- Entries must consist of 3 numbers between 0 and 9 and 2 bonus letters from A to Z. Repeated values are allowed (i.e. 111AZ, 122MM).
- A Player may select their own numbers and letters per entry, or let the system assign them a randomly selected selection via a Lucky Pick.
- Lucky Pick entries use the same certified RNG as the draw process to ensure unbiased, unpredictable selections. View the RNG certificate
- All Entries are assigned a unique Entry Hash. This is used to identify a single Entry and is viewable via your receipt(s) and My Account section.
Prizes
- The overall odds of winning a prize is 1 in 6.67
- The average Return To Player (RTP) is 64%
- Match 3 numbers and 2 bonus letters in exact order to win £25,000 (1 in 676,000 odds)
- Match 3 numbers in exact order to win £500 (1 in 1,000 odds)
- Match 2 numbers in any order to win £5 (1 in 6.7 odds)
- Exact Order refers to the Entry's selection matching the Draw selection in the same position. For example if the drawn numbers are 123, an Entry of 123 is an exact order match. 213, 321, 132 etc are not an exact order match as the numbers are not in the same position as the draw.
- Any Order refers to the Entry's selection containing the same numbers as the Draw selection, but not necessarily in the same position. For example if the drawn numbers are 123, an Entry of 321, 213, 132 etc are all any order matches and pay out the prize.
- The bonus letters are only considered "in play" when a Player has matched 3 numbers in Exact order. Both letters must also match in Exact order to boost your jackpot to £25,000, otherwise the prize of £500 is awarded
- Each entry can only win one prize per draw. The highest eligible prize will be paid out
- Prizes are credited to a Player's wallet balance as soon as possible after a draw completes
- Players are notified via email if they win a prize. Prizes are also viewable in a Player's My Account section.
Technical Faults
We are committed to building a robust system which reduces the risk of technical faults. In the rare event we do suffer a technical fault affecting players, we will handle it fairly and transparently with communication throughout the resolution.
Please note: An Entry has an equal chance of winning a prize regardless of which Draw it is entered into.
- If a fault prevents a scheduled Draw from running, eligible Entries will be entered into the next available Draw. Should the problem persist over a prolonged period of time, players may be given the option to void their Entry and receive a full refund, or enter the next available Draw.
- If a Lotto3 and/or payment provider fault results in a Ticket being received after the intended Draw cut-off, the Entries will be entered into the next available Draw. Management, at their own discretion, may choose to payout any missed prizes if the technical issue is deemed to be the fault of Lotto3.
- If a wrong outcome, or prize, is awarded to a player due to a technical fault, Customer Care and/or Management will reconcile and credit the correct prize at the earliest opportunity.
